Porsche Boxster 2018 – Luxury and Elegance Design:

Significant modifications of the upcoming Porsche Boxster 2018 will be a bit wider front end, and here we can also see a new bumper section with broader and slightly thinner air intakes on the corners of the bumper. This time, the headlights will be smaller than before, and no longer integrated into the vents. It is important to mention that LED daytime running lights will power the headlights. Another reshaped part is the center grille which located underneath the license plate. One more change is the addition of Porsche’s bi-xenon headlamps. From the side view, the wings are more pronounced, so they almost run into the front fenders. The side intakes are also enormous, and the doors no longer have handle recess covers. The newest Porsche Boxster 2018 will hit the dealerships with the large 19-inch alloy wheels as standard while the optional will be 20-inches. At the back, we can expect many changes, so the taillights and the decklid will receive slight redesigns. The taillights are excellent, powered by 3D LED technology.

Inside the cabin, the new Porsche Boxster 2018 sports a new dashboard with revised A/C vents as well an updated instrument cluster. The steering wheel of the new model will receive slight changes in the form of new spokes as well as a new center section. Everything else inside the cabin is almost unchanged, but that does not mean that interior design is bad, in fact, is very good. The standard Porsche Communication Management system features audio interfaces, cell phone preparation, an 110-watt Sound Package Plus, and if you want you can add a navigation module with voice control.

Porsche Boxster 2018 – Interesting Engine Mix:

Dropping the previous engine is quite a radical move from Porsche, so now we can expect the brand-new, flat-four units. The base model is going to be powered by 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that will be capable of producing 300 hp and 280 pound-feet of torque which is almost 40 and 75 pound-feet improvement compared to the previous model. Thanks to the fantastic engine, the acceleration from 0-60 mph will be 4.9 seconds while the top speed will increase to the 170 mph. Just like before, the engine will be mated to a manual 6-speed transmission while the PDK gearbox will be optional.
